KWVA Chapter 169 welcomes Stephen Frangos to our Board as Director-at-Large. He will be responsible for scheduling guest speakers as well as other duties.
Steve served in Korea with the Army Signal Corps in ’58-’59. He was a Radio Officer with the 4th US Missile Command and the 226th Signal Co. stationed in Chunchon, Camp Page. After 8 years of Reserve Service, which included active duty during the Berlin Crisis, he retired as a Captain in 1965.
After his Chemical Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon Univ, he was a Mfg Manager with Eastman Kodak for 35 yrs. After that, he had a consulting business for 10 yrs. Steve and his wife, Kathy, moved to The Villages in 2006 and live in Bonita. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren in NY and CO.
